About the event

Many small rural communities regularly post bids and tenders for local services, creating opportunities for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and individuals to earn income while supporting their communities.

These opportunities may include services such as operating rink concessions, snow clearing, hauling junk or debris, maintenance work, seasonal services, and other community contracts. Understanding how the bid and tender process works can help you confidently apply for these opportunities.

Join Wanda Kozloski (B.A., J.D., LL.M.) for this practical training session designed to help participants understand how bids and tenders work in smaller communities across rural Saskatchewan.

During this session, participants will learn:

What bids and tenders are and how they work

• Where to find local tender opportunities
