NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Members of Prince Albert and District Community Futures Development Corporation (the Corporation) will be held on Tuesday the 22^nd day of September 2026 at the hour of 6:00 p.m. local time at PACF Office (Chamber HQ), 54 11^th Street East, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan for the following purposes:

1. To receive the financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026 and Audit Engagement Report contained therein;

2. To appoint auditors and authorize the directors to fix their remuneration;
