A large percentage of business failures are not due to a poor business concept but rather are attributed to the lack of a proper cash flow management program.   In this session, we will use a case study exercise to:                 Identify the steps in developing a cash flow statement, and Learn basic tools to help effectively manage cash flow.           Meet Your Facilitator Annette Bester is a partner in MNP’s Saskatoon office.
